SINAK Sealer S-102TM was formulated to waterproof, protect and preserve concrete, even in the most adverse environments. It’s capabilities are demonstrated by the results of extensive testing and field performance.
HOW THE SEALER WORKS
SINAK Sealer S-102™ works by penetrating into concrete and reacting with the soluble calcium compounds within to form additional calcium silicate, a major factor in sound, healthy concrete. The newly formed, breathable protective barrier cannot be removed chemically or physically, and there is no surface coating or film that can be worn or weathered away. The appearance of treated concrete is unchanged.
THE END RESULT
Concrete treated with SINAK S-102™ is protected against chloride penetration, surface scaling, and freeze-thaw damage. Efflorescence will be significantly reduced or eliminated. The treated surface is denser, more resistant to abrasion and dusting and is compatible with crack repair and surface patching/coating materials. Most of all, the treated concrete is WATERPROOF when subjected to hydrostatic pressures equivalent to more than 220 feet below grade (100 psi).
No other clear sealer can demonstrate these capabilities.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SINAK Sealers are water-based liquids, with a proprietary formula in solution, that requires no mixing, diluting or agitating. The Sealers are non-toxic and contain NO volatile organic compounds.
PRODUCT COVERAGE
S-102™ Coverage rate is 150-250 sq. ft. per gal. (finished application). Finished application means including all coats of applied S-102™.
Note: Coverage ranges are from project experience. Actual coverage will depend on surface textures and concrete quality.
APPLICATION
Sealers are applied using a low-pres- sure tank-type or airless sprayer. All treated areas must then be sprayed with light water-spray. See label or Product Infor mation Sheet for detailed instructions.
TESTING
Testing of the SINAK Sealers is the most comprehensive in the industry and has been conducted with two primary objectives: (1) to establish and prove superior performance; and (2) to ensure a close and consistent correlation between laboratory and field results.

In all cases, SINAK Corporation war- rants its products to be of the highest quality; but since application of the product is crucial in obtaining satis-factory results, and is beyond the control of SINAK Corporation, refund of the purchase price or replacement of product shall constitute the limit of SINAK Corporation’s liability. SINAK Corporation makes no other warranties expressed or implied. Extended labor and materials warranties for up to 10 years may be offered at no added cost for applications performed by SINAK Certified Applicators.
Warranty remains in effect even if upto 1/16-inch of the surface is abraded or worn away after application. Write or call for details.
PRODUCT HANDLING & STORAGE SINAK Sealers have an indefinite shelf life but must be kept in tightly secured containers to prevent evaporation and contamination.
SINAK Sealers MUST be profrozen will not function as intended.
